Please Read Carefully Before Booking

Please take the time to read each service description before booking your appointment. Every service includes a detailed description explaining what is included. Reading the service details helps avoid any confusion and ensures you book the correct appointment.

If you message me and don’t receive an immediate response, please be patient. I may be with a client and do not text or use my phone while providing services. I will respond as soon as I’m available.

Deposits are required to secure your appointment. If your deposit is not paid, your appointment will be cancelled immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot hold appointments or wait until payday for deposits. Please book only when you’re ready to pay the required deposit.

Late Policy: If you arrive late, you may be charged a late fee or your appointment may be canceled. No exceptions. I value both your time and mine, and I often have other appointments scheduled throughout the day.

Mobile Service: I am a mobile hairstylist and travel to my clients. A travel fee starts at $25 and may increase depending on the distance I have to travel.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, you have 24 hours to reschedule while keeping your deposit. After 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
